四年一度的冬奥会，是万众瞩目的高光的时刻。 全世界各地，数亿双眼睛注视着赛场上的一举一动。 用十年磨一剑来说，似乎都嫌不够。 多少人，是走了比十年更漫长的岁月，甚至比二十年更漫长的时间，才走到了如今的地方。 谷爱凌屡夺奖牌的背后是各种伤病，从失忆到一次次的骨折。医生让她举起双手，她说手臂骨折了，没办法举起来。
羽生结弦在比赛前就受了退赛程度的伤，但因为奥运会是特殊的，所以在赛前四十分钟决定了要上场。赛后，肿着无法穿鞋的右脚，拉着箱子，走出了场馆。
所有的运动员们付出的坚守和汗水，终究以“台下十年功，台上一分钟”的方式，被呈现给了全世界的观众。 整个冬奥会得以举办，背后有着更多的付出。 让我们把镜头转向一个在冬奥驻地内，“随处可见”的地方吧。 在今年的冬奥会和冬残奥会上，首都高校共有1.4万名师生志愿者为服务冬奥来到了驻地。
他们穿着带着极易辨认的冬奥标志的服装，出现在驻地的各个场所。 场馆外、场馆的走廊上、场馆进门处、场馆内部、班车候车处…… 记者在寒风里瑟瑟发抖着，等着尚有十多分钟才来的班车，和志愿者说起了话。 一位志愿者对记者说，她是首都高校的一名学生，专门负责为需要班车信息的参会人员提供引导，早在一月伊始，冬奥会正式开始之前，就来到了这里。寒风凛凛，庞大的交通网络错综复杂，很多参会人员也会搞不清楚自己要乘的是什么车，但在时刻表附近总能看到志愿者们的身影——迷路的时间总是不会很长。

Environ quatorze mille étudiants et professeurs à Pékin participent à l’organisation de ces Jeux en tant que bénévoles. Ils sont présents à côté des stations de navette, à l’extérieur des bâtiments, dans les couloirs du stade, à l’intérieur du stade…et répondent aux questions et besoins des participants. Il y a beaucoup de navettes à l’intérieur du circuit fermé, et il est souvent difficile de se retrouver rapidement. Dans ces moments, les bénévoles viennent souvent en aide très rapidement. Une fois, ma navette devait arriver 20 minutes après. Il faisait très froid ce jour-là. Le bénévole devant la station de navette m’a dit: tu peux aller attendre à l’intérieur et on te dira quand elle arrivera. Un peu surprise, j’ai commencé à discuté avec eux. Ils sont majoritairement des étudiants, et plutôt excités par cette expérience de volontariat. Je leur ai demandé s’ils sont familiers avec les sports d’hiver, et certains ont dit oui. Dans les zones mixtes, après chaque interview, les bénévoles nettoient la table sur laquelle sont posés les téléphones portables des journalistes, et changent les protecteurs de micro. Cela permet de limiter au maximum les cas de contagions. Même s’il y a eu des cas au cours des Jeux, j’étais sereine niveau prévention COVID en raison de toutes ces mesuresdéjà prises.
