万达集团坚持走强企联合之路实现多方共赢

　　万达集团转型轻资产领域之后，在多个板块的发展，都取得了可喜成就，尤其是以万达广场和文化旅游城这样的商业地产板块发展，更是引人瞩目。

　　商业地产是万达集团的主业，也是万达集团赖以起家的产业。商业地产的运作平台主要是大连万达集团地产股份有限公司。在商业地产领域之外，万达集团也在构建体育产业帝国。同时，他指出，参照其他互联网公司，“在继承之前优秀管理方法的同时，万达集团应思考如何应对这种后时代商业地产的挑战”。其实，万达集团铸建金融集团并非刚刚起步，早在去年12月末，万达集团出资20亿购买快钱51%股权，并联合推出商业地产众筹项目“稳赚1号”。为进一步深化互利合作，将万达集团的品牌、技术、资金优势与山东省的资源、产业、市场和政策优势更好结合，推进双方在更多领域、更广层面展开合作，万达集团将积极参与山东省有关设区市的城市功能完善与提升进程，打造新的城市亮点，重点围绕商业地产、文化旅游、互联网金融三大产业，在商业地产、文化、体育、旅游、服务业和金融创新等项目上，实现合作共赢。大连万达集团创立于1988年，形成商业地产、高级酒店、文化旅游和连锁百货四大核心产业。

　　 另悉，万达集团近日与包头九原区新都市区正式签订一宗80亩商业用地协议。这标志着包头市又一大型商业综合体项目落户九原区，而这也是万达集团继包头青山万达广场后在包头布局的第二个万达广场。

　　此外，重新划分商管系统区域后，区域公司编制被重新定义为4种不同级别。而商管系统的调整只是万达帝国的冰山一角，更大的变化已经开始进行。
