法国外交部长法比尤斯出席

第三届“China Workshop欧中游购资源交易会”透露

本报讯：（记者海芬实习记者茗超）新年超级好消息：中国人来法签证只需要24小时啦！这可是法国外交部长法比尤斯出席第三届“ChinaWorkshop欧中游购资源交易会”透露的哦！应该绝对官方！

2016年1月15日，第三届“China Workshop欧中游购资源交易会”在法国巴黎洲际大酒店内歌剧院大厅（SalonOpéra, Hôtel Intercontinental Opéra Paris Le Grand）举行。法国外交和国际发展部部长法比尤斯先生（Laurent FABIUS）、中国驻法国大使馆关键公使、国家旅游局驻巴黎办事处主任薛桂凤女士均出席了开幕式。

主办方法国遊购天下ID Travel Pro游购资源平台总经理、全法华人旅行社协会（ACAV）名誉会长石恒余说:本次活动我们邀请了40多家中国国内的组团社、线上旅游机构（OTA）、高端定制机构、会务会展机构等，100多家来自于欧洲当地各国的华人地接社，以及50多位来自于法国一线的旅游从业者；同时，我们邀请了来自于法国以及欧洲其他国家的90多家一线旅游及购物资源商，其中包含各地区旅游局、酒店集团、法国特色城堡及景点、购物商场及品牌、法国本土特色商品等。

法比尤斯先生随后在开幕仪式上表示，热烈欢迎从中国及欧洲各国远道而来的旅游界专业人士、旅游运营商、分销商以及会展组织机构等。

法比尤斯先生在致辞中表示，从致富角度来讲，旅游是世界上最重要的工业之一，随着生活水平的平均上涨，旅游是目前或者近几年将要飞速发展的一个行业。经官方统计，法国在2015年已经迎接了200万中国游客的到来，目标将在2020年接待中国游客500万。外长表示，这个雄心勃勃的数字是能够实现的，甚至超出。

为了简化中国游客来法程序，法国政府已经推出48小时出签政策。在这次大会上，法比尤斯先生进一步公开了一个针对中国团队游客的、振奋人心的大好消息：法国将给予中国团队24小时出签的创纪录举措！

法比尤斯先生在大会致辞中着重提及法国旅游安全问题。他说：巴黎自去年11月恐怖事件后，已进一步加强了安全防备工作。政府再次增加了3000的军警、5000的警察及宪兵，以保障巴黎的安全。另外，由于中国游客喜欢购物，法国政府在主要旅游地区实行周日开门购物的特殊政策。

中国国家主席习近平先生曾在来访法国时评价：“法国是个美丽、浪漫的国度。”今天，法比尤斯先生在致辞最后补充说道，“法国还是一个多样化的国家。”衷心希望中国的旅游届人士能够进一步丰富计划，更加全面地展示法国各个地区的特色，和各种不同主题的法国，诸如：葡萄酒旅游、航海游江旅游、工艺品揭秘旅游、生态旅游、体育旅游等等。在今天的大会中，大家可以尽情与来自于法国各地区的专业旅游从业者充分交流，让他们帮助您发掘更大的“法国金块”。

此届大会获得了中法旅游界人士的普遍欢迎！法国巴黎旅游局、法国马赛旅游局、法国戛纳旅游局、以及法国普罗旺斯-阿尔卑斯-蓝色海岸大区旅委都大力支持，并联合全法华人旅行社协会（ACAV）、欧洲导游联合会（FGCE）共同举办。

ChinaWorkshop欧中游购资源交易会由法国遊购天下ID Travel Pro游购资源平台打造，举办至今已进行到第三届，业内人士评价这场大会已公认为法国业界内最专业权威的华人旅游业年度盛事。

本届China Workshop 欧中游购资源交易会为期9天的行程仍在持续中，会后来自于中国及欧洲的华人买家们会进一步进行深度巴黎考察的行程。1月16日早上，众买家还将前往巴黎共和国广场，一起追悼于去年恐怖袭击中无辜失去生命的逝者，为他们献上一片哀思。
