老版《星际迷航》大副“斯波克”饰演者莱昂纳德·尼莫伊２７日辞世，引发全球关注。这位剧中的“外星混血”生前曾多次提醒人们尽快戒烟，警惕慢阻肺等“沉默杀手”。

“不要吸烟，我以前这样，但我希望我没有，”尼莫伊上月在推特账户发帖说。尼莫伊去年宣称罹患慢性阻塞性肺疾病，并认为这与他曾有抽烟习惯有关，尽管“３０年前戒的烟，但这还不够快”。

吸烟被认为是诱发慢阻肺的主要原因。美国肺科协会称，８０％至９０％的慢阻肺病例由吸烟引发。超过１２００万美国人罹患这一疾病，另有１２００万人或未确诊。在中国，由于控烟工作不尽如人意、空气污染加剧等因素，慢阻肺患者也日益增多。

美国肺科协会建议，应警惕慢肺阻的早期预警，如日常生活中常出现感觉“气短”等现象。专家指出，那些吸烟和被动吸烟者、有不明原因呼吸道疾病症状、幼时得过长期呼吸道感染的高危人群，应及时检测肺功能。
